You are to read and accept my terms of services if you wish to commission me to ensure smooth communication and mutual misunderstanding. Violation can lead to great dissatisfaction for both parties, or cancellation of commissions, and I know we all try to avoid this.

General Information

✦ I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES✦ You absolutely cannot use my works for AI training >:<✦ I will comply with all of your suggestions, feedback, and ideas. For the best result, please communicate to me about your requirements clearly. I will also constantly make questions to clarify.✦ I don't mind a bit of pressure, so feel free to ask for updates or check in on the progress as often as you'd like (though rest assured, I'll still provide updates even if you don't ask)✦ I will use all non-commercial commissions as samples (rest assured that you will remain anonymous)✦ I have loose boundaries and can produce quality art for a wide range of activities and settings. However, I draw the line at realism/ old people/ involvement of minors and human waste in any NSFW setting.✦ Payment method: Paypal only! And please contact me for the payment email✦ Payment must be made upfront before we begin. However, you can choose to divide the payment into two parts - 50% initially, and the rest is due before the rendering. I will not continue otherwise.

Deadlines

✦ If you fail to provide your requirements within 2 days of commissioning me, the commission will be cancelled.✦Art commissions might take an incredibly short, or long time to work on. The completion time for the commission ranges from a week to a month depending on the length and complexity of the requirements (of course, sometimes, it could be longer if I have to work on intricate details). You will be informed of the specific timeline once we have thoroughly reviewed the details of your request.✦ An extra charge of up to 10% of the commission's price might be applied if you wish for the piece to be finished sooner than the finalized time, depending on how quick you expect it to be done, and how much details it involve.✦ I don't mind a bit of pressure, so feel free to ask for updates or check in on the progress as often as you'd like (though rest assured, I'll still provide updates even if you don't ask)✦ You can ask for updates of the piece and remind me of the approaching deadlines. I do not mind a little pressure.

Editing and Revising

✦ Feel free to make changes to the sketches I’m working on. Before linework/ colored sketch and rendering, adjustment of details will not cost you anything.✦I’m open to constructive criticism and feedback, so please immediately notify me if you are not pleased with any part of the commissions.✦ My works are detail-focused, and these elements cannot be easily changed. Thus, any major adjustments (facial expression, clothing items, poses, actions, etc) after the sketch will result in a charge up to 50% of the total price (depending on the extent of the correction).✦ As I will send updates during the process and only proceed with your approval, I will not be changing anything within the commission by the time it is ready for delivery.✦ If you fail to send over the feedback within 48 hours of receiving the final version, I will automatically assume that it is approved, and any request for revision after this time frame will not be responded to.

Refund

✦ If you believe I’m not the right artist for you after reviewing the sketch, you will receive a full refund.✦ If you only bring this up once I have already begun with linework, you can only receive a 50% refund.
You will not be receiving any refund when canceling the commission during the coloring and rendering phase.
✦ If, for any reason, I am unable to meet the agreed-upon deadline, I will promptly notify you and discuss a new time frame. In the circumstance that the piece is not finished on time, and you hear nothing from me, you will receive a FULL REFUND.
